We now have Japanese as a supported end-user language for all customers. This includes support across customer-facing experiences provided by Messenger and Articles making it easier for businesses and organizations to communicate.

Do you need to monitor quota consumption of your SIMs with finer granularity? Now you can easily define quota alerts by specifying the percentage of the quota at which you would like to receive notifications.

You can also configure groups to be notified when devices reach these thresholds, or even notify the end user directly via SMS or Email.

Start customizing who receives notifications with Notifications Groups and Notifications Rules!

You need to notify a third-party email, or certain users based on their role or email? Discover the flexibility of Notification Groups.

Notification Rules allow to define which event will trigger a notifications, even with specific filters like Networks, Policy Groups, or Zones. Quota alerts are the first to be supported but many will follow.

Go to Notifications to start customizing your account.

Microsoft Intune is now supported on our platform. To streamline your processes and maximize efficiency, you can integrate Intune with your account.

The Intune integration syncs device data from Microsoft Intune. Device information will sync automatically, keeping your device information accurate and up to date. You use the group mapping feature in integration to keep your policy in sync.

Searching for articles couldn't be easier 🔎

We have revamped the Article Search and improved our knowledge base.

With our recent enhancements to Articles, you can now view all articles associated with a given tab in a collection.

This allows an easy reading experience and enables you to scan through articles regarding each portal section you are viewing.

Each section has a "Read Article" icon on the top right, allowing you to view articles whenever you feel like it quickly.

Track all activities with Audit Logs 📑

Audit Logs are straightforward to understand. For example, an action usually occurs whenever a change is made to the system. This action would be recorded via audit log.

Audit Logs automatically record any actions made by users, such as creation, editing, or deleting entities, and more.

Audit Logs are stored for 90 days and can be browsed and filtered from the UI or fetched via the API.

Audit Logs would quickly allow you to gather the information you need to diagnose the problem whenever an issue occurs.

Audit logs are straightforward to understand. A behavior change usually occurs whenever a change is made to a system. This change would be documented in an audit log.

Audit Logs automatically record any activities or changes made by tenant users with accounts, such as creation, edition, or deletion of entities, user logins, and more.

Audit logs are stored for 90 days and can be browsed and filtered from the UI or fetched via the API.

When an incident occurs, using the audit log, you will gather as much information about it as quickly as possible and get a clear context of what happened.

The Audit Log feature with an account is located under Account Settings.

Blocked Websites on our Report pages shows you a summary of the top 50 websites denied by us. This report can help you identify websites that your end-users have attempted to access that are denied by your Access Policy Rules.

By getting a better visual on these websites we have blocked, you can further tailor your Access Policy to block all distracting and harmful websites while protecting your devices and maximize productivity. The Reports page shows just the top 50 second level domains, but for a more granular breakdown the export csv option is available for download to see the underlaying full domains.
